Password Assistance
If for any reason you've forgotten your password, simply click on the
Forgot your password? link under the "Log In" information to your account and follow the instructions. We'll refresh your memory in no time. If you decide to change your password, simply sign in under your current user name and password and then click on the
Change password link.
Order History
Once you are a registered user on the Upper Deck Store, and you've actually placed a sales order, you can track your order's history by clicking on the
View my order history link. In order to use this function, however, you must be signed in to your account. To register, just click on the
Login link at the top of this page and follow the simple instructions. When your order ships, you will receive an email giving you the tracking number of your shipment. If you have canceled an order with our Customer Service department, your order will still show, but with no shipment history.
Update Your Information
If you decide to change any of your current information, including billing or shipping addresses or personal data, simply sign into your account and click on the
Change personal information link.
Address Book
Use our
Address Book feature to create separate listings for all your friends and family. This service saves the name and shipping information for you. Next time you make a purchase, you can ship the order to your home, office or any name on your Address list. You can also set up
Special Occasion Reminders for each of the listings you create. You will be reminded in advance with an e-mail that includes some suggested gift selections. Upper Deck values your privacy and we will not contact any of your recipients directly.
UDRewards Programs
UDRewards is Upper Deck's way of rewarding its loyal customers. Collectors can earn UDReward points that can be used to bid on collectibles and memorabilia at
www.udrewards.com. There are many ways to earn points:
- Points for Purchases.
- You can earn UDReward points with your online order at www.upperdeckstore.com. Points will be added to your account once your order is shipped. You will be awarded points based on the purchase price (less any discounts) of the item. Points are not awarded for Shipping charges or sales tax. Only orders placed online are eligible for UDReward points. Phone orders or any adjustments to online orders will not earn UDRewards points.
- Points will be deducted for any items that you return.
- No points will be awarded for orders that are canceled.
- No points will be awarded for the purchase of Gift Certificates. When the gift certificate is redeemed for a purchase, UDReward points will be issued after shipment of the purchase.
- Correctly answer the weekly Upper Deck Trivia Challenge.
- When you correctly answer the trivia question on rewards.upperdeck.com, you will be randomly awarded up to 25 UDReward points. You may only answer once per week and earn a maximum of 25 points per week for correctly answering the question.
- Answering Surveys.
- Upper Deck values your opinions. From time to time, if you have indicated in your preferences that you want to receive e-mails from Upper Deck, we will ask you to participate in a survey. You will be awarded various amounts of UDReward points for responding to these (amount of points awarded for answering survey will be indicated prior to filling out survey). We will only use this data to better understand the needs of our customers.
