Redemption Terms and Conditions

You cannot purchase a new Gift Certificate with another Gift Certificate. You cannot apply any coupon or discounts toward the purchase of a Gift Certificate. There are no shipping and handling charges applied to Gift Certificate purchases. When you purchase a Gift Certificate and merchandise, the shipping charges are calculated based only on the merchandise portion of the order. UpperDeckStore.com is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates

At this time we are unable to accept international Gift Certificate orders. Gift Certificates cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase. Gift Certificates can be redeemed only at www.upperdeckstore.com.

When redeeming a Gift Certificate, if your order total is more than the amount of the Gift Certificate(s), you will be required to pay the order balance with a credit card. As is our policy, we will not charge your credit card until your merchandise is shipped.

Any unused Gift Certificate balances will be stored in your UpperDeckStore.com Gift Certificate account. Each time you redeem a Certificate we automatically deduct the amount from the balance and keep track of your remaining balance until the Gift Certificate is redeemed for the original full amount.

If for some reason you return merchandise that was purchased with a Gift Certificate we will refund the Gift Certificate amount in the form of a credit memo. To subsequently redeem the credit memo you will call 1-800-551-8220 and our Customer Service Team will process your order.

If for some reason you return merchandise that was purchased with a credit card and a gift certificate, we will credit your card for the original amount applied during purchase and process a credit memo as described above for the Gift Certificate balance.

Registering Memorabilia 

Upper Deck Authenticated provides its customers with the opportunity to register UDA memorabilia within UDA's comprehensive database. This procedure verifies that the entered hologram number corresponds to the correct piece of autographed memorabilia, in keeping with our commitment for absolute guaranteed authenticity. Hologram Database 

One of the services offered to Memorabilia collectors is the UDA Hologram Data Center. Here you can view and verify the authenticity of Upper Deck Authentic Memorabilia. Simply enter its corresponding hologram ID number and click on "Submit."

A photo of the item will appear, as well as a brief description of the item, and will reveal immediately if the entered hologram ID number properly matches the piece to which it was originally applied.

Only items that were produced after November 2000 are part of our online database. You may still verify the authenticity of your older items by calling Customer Service at 800-551-8220.
